Nice things to do at work

When I say I work as a software engineer (this looks so cool!) some people thinks immediately: What does he really do at work!? Today I’ll give some drops about one of the best things that we usually do. There are nice toys over there and when we have time we play with them. Last month everyone there was playing with a wii remote and I took pictures and videos.

The game is easy, but you need some money and a geek friend to setup the softwares for you. I think you will need a really big window and a data show too, but this’s not required. After this you can lose one day, or one week if you prefer, drawing pictures in a wall.

No! I’m not going to talk about Google Chrome, Zend Framework 1.6 or some other nerd things. Everyone knows I’m trying to be a normal young guy. Right, are we in agreement?

Sometimes somebody asks me what kind of music I like. It’s a hard question to answer. In fact the best question that they could do is “What are you listening?” Look at me … I like Coldplay, Metallica, Lenine, Rage Against the Machine, Caetano Veloso, Dave Matthews Band and Dire Strais (of course I forgot a lot of names). Can you see the problem? So you can understand me. My top eight of the week is:

Now I know how is to live without mobile, television and Internet. Last weekend I went to Belo Horizonte. I didn’t have time to know many places there - to watch tv and to check my e-mail box too - anyway I liked what I saw. I put some pictures in my travel album, there you can see what happened in a amazing party where we was.

Yeah, I had a unusual weekend mostly because I was far from job. If you thin I eat cheese and drank cachaça you are right. Why would I to go to Minas Gerais and don’t do this? I hope that André Bacci (the unofficial trip advisor) will release the pictures soon. I’ll say when he does.

I’m back

Yes, I have been away for lastest weeks and now I’m here ready to write. Of course I have a lot of news, but we can start talking about my Flickr account. I’ve a new cam … right, that’s not a professional cam, but I took cool “moments” with my mobile. I didn’t put all my pictures yet, I’ll choose some things and upload them to there. You can wait for cool stuff.

I think you feel that I’m writting in English like my brother. Yeah, we are studying and this is our immersion strategy and you are on it too. Just write to us in English, Portuguese, Spanish or Italian … it doesn’t matter, just write and take it easy, right? Remember, I’m still learning.

Next time I’ll write about a travel to Belo Horizonte. See ya!
